Ashlynn Bourque
Ashlynn Bourque received her degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and has enjoyed more than 15 years with The Sherwin-Williams Company, ASID Industry Partner. For much of that time she excelled in the role of Designer Account Executive serving the Residential A&D communities in DFW and Austin. Recently she was promoted to Designer Marketing Manager for the South Western Division. With passionate interest in interior design and expert knowledge of color, Ashlynn has worked directly with design pros, supporting their effort to specify color and product for projects and support interior design schools and their students. She has been honored with awards from both Sherwin-Williams and from external sources, some in consecutive years, of best representative, best paint, and best speaker. She is currently the President of the DFW Chapter of the Interior Design Society.

Darrell Stanley
Darrell Stanley is a Regional Education Team Leader with Steelcase, ASID Industry Partner. Darrell has been with Steelcase for 12 years focusing entirely on improving learning spaces across education entities, both Higher Ed and K-12. He is passionate about how the design of a space can positively impact learning outcomes and enjoys seeing results from the current transformation occurring across the U.S. Darrell brings a wealth of knowledge from Steelcase’s research and insights as well what other education entities are experiencing as they transition to more active and engaging learning environments.

David Euscher
David Euscher, ASID, Associate AIA, LEED AP, WELL AP, is Vice President & Interior Design Studio Leader with Corgan in their Houston office. As a designer of the built environment, David is driven to improve the wellbeing of the people served by the spaces and environments he designs. David brings a passionate curiosity to his work fueled by a fascination with the interrelationship between culture and design. Throughout his career, he has designed and led interior architecture projects for Corporate Commercial, Multifamily, Hospitality, Industrial, Academic, Retail and Healthcare clients and has been responsible for projects from pre-design through all phases of design, documentation and construction administration through to successful completion. David currently sits on the ASID National Board as a Director-at-Large.

Fred Jackson
Fred Jackson, CTC, CSI is the Owner w/ Estudio Group LLC. He has over 25 years experience in national distribution and architectural network, consistently increasing sales, and has a knowledgeable in-depth background in installation, fabrication and restoration of ceramic tile, natural stone, terrazzo, hardwood, carpet, and vinyl. Fred has worked as a stone, tile and flooring contractor, the business manager for Aqua Mix, team leader of a national stone importer, sales manager for Del Piso Tile and Brick, and a Marble Institute of America (MIA) Instructor. Fred is also a member of USGBC and presently conducts sales, CEUs, training and consulting for the Natural Stone, Ceramic Tile and Green Building Industry.

GRACE JACOB
Grace Jacob is focused on helping her clients deliver more comfortable spaces using proven speech privacy solutions and noise control strategies. Originally from Indiana, she joined Armstrong in 2019 before being named an Architectural and Contract Sales Representative for North Texas for Armstrong Ceilings, ASID Industry Partner, in 2020. Her favorite part of her job is giving CEU’s – so get ready to close out your week in the best way!

Kim Renger
Kim Renger is Architectural Sales Manager Hearth & Home Technologies, ASID Industry Partner. Intuitive in finding the right building-products for clients within the specifier community, Kim is an experienced trusted advisor partnering with architects, interior designers, facilities managers, builders, and owners to determine solutions for any budget. Kim began her career as a designer for a luxury, home builder in Dallas following her formal education in interior design from the New York Institute of Art and Design. Kim's expertise in building materials includes tile, stone, and steel products. She has worked extensively with both commercial and residential specifiers. Her most recent endeavor as Hearth & Home Technologies' senior Architectural Sales Manager has been to help educate the architectural community on how they can include the element of fire in their programs safely, economically and in visionary ways.

Lee Baggett
Lee Baggett joined Armstrong in 1981 and has held sales positions in Texas, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Before becoming West Region Sales Manager for a new venture in October 2003, he was Manager, Major Projects and Business Development for Armstrong’s South Central Region. Lee is currently the Architectural & Contract Manager for Dallas/Fort Worth. Lee has been featured in Architectural Record, where he was named an “Outstanding Marketing Representative” by a vote of the magazine’s readers. The magazine cited Lee for his consistent help in solving technical problems and supplying critical technical and design information. Lee has earned professional designations as a LEED Accredited Professional, as a Certified Construction Products Representative (CCPR) and as a Construction Specifications Institute Construction Document Technologist (CDT). A Tennessee native, Lee now lives in Coppell, TX.

Linkoln Dixon
Linkoln Dixon, LC, IES, is a Product Manager with Progress Lighting, ASID Industry Partner. He is a 25-year veteran of the lighting and building industry, with involvement in product development, business development, brand management, market research, and training and education. For the past seven years, Linkoln has been on staff with Progress Lighting as a product development manager for commercial, multi-family and residential markets. Linkoln’s current and previous experience in lighting education has allowed him to be a frequent speaker on various lighting topics at regional, national, and international lighting events. He is an active member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and owner of the LC credential.

Michael Bauer [Tour Guide]
Michael Bauer is the Vice President of Home & Design for Dallas Market Center (DMC), ASID Industry Partner, where he has worked since 2013. DMC offers multiple resources for designers and industry professionals. Their design showrooms are the destination for residential, hospitality and commercial design. Their hundreds of permanent showrooms are open daily and offer an unmatched selection of high-end furnishings, decorative accessories, lighting and textiles. Michelle Gross
Michelle Gross LC, LS has enjoyed a variety of roles in the lighting industry drawing on over 24 years of experience. Her passion for lighting has provided the opportunity to collaborate with architects, interior designers, electrical contractors, lighting designers and consumers in delivering solutions for the desired vision. She is currently an outside sales team member for Richard Alan & Associates for the DFW / NE Texas area. Michelle is excited to be the Vice President of the Dallas IES chapter, an active member of WILD (Women in Lighting & Design) and current member of NEWH.

Ron Davis
Registered Accessibility Specialist Ron Davis is Owner of Ron Davis Consulting. He leads his team and brings years of experience, customer care, and understanding in all phases of the process. Ron became an Independent Contract Provider of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Architectural Barriers program in 1999 and developed with the program as a Registered Accessibility Specialist with the Department. Over the years Ron has worked with some of the top professionals in the area, which has expanded the knowledge base of other accessibility guidelines, building codes and requirements in Texas as well as other states. His goal is to help ensure that every person has access and is welcome any place and at any time.

Tonya Wood
Tonya Wood, ASID, RID is a Senior Interior Designer in the Dallas office of Mead & Hunt. She has extensive Aviation and Corporate Interior Design experience with over 25 years in the field. Her projects include leading the Interior Design effort for the Key West International Airport’s Concourse A expansion and Terminal improvements project. Other projects include development and implementation of Playbook Standards for fixed base operator (FBO) facilities, FBO tenant renovations, corporate office renovations, and large-scale luxury clubhouses. While with Gulfstream Aerospace and Western Aircraft, she acted as a Principal Designer and Project Manager for the outfitting and refurbishment of new and previously used mid and large-sized jet projects for Fortune 500, corporate and government clientele. Tonya has led multiple project and customer meetings, training sessions, and facilitated mentorship presentations at the high school and college level. She is currently the Emerging Professionals Chair for the Fort Worth Design Community of the ASID Texas Chapter.
