BADGES
  • Exhibitor & Sponsor Staff may pick up their badges at the loading dock during Wednesday move-in and at the Trade Mart West Entrance or Freeway Entrance on Thursday and Friday, as long as it's before 5:00 PM.
  • Attendees & Speakers may pick up their badges at the Trade Mart West Entrance or Freeway Entrance, or at any Dallas Market Center entrance on Thursday and Friday, as long as it's before 5:00 PM.
  • After 5:00 PM on Thursday and Friday, everyone must pick up a badge on the 1st Floor entrance inside the Trade Mart parking garage.
  • IMPORTANT: YOU MUST KEEP YOUR BADGE FOR THE ENTIRE CONFERENCE.
PARKING
  • There are no DMC markets going on during CDT21, so parking should not be hard to find.
  • For those arriving at the conference prior to 5:00 PM, we recommend parking either on the Trade Mart surface lots or in the parking garage. FYI: The Trade Mart's West Entrance is the fastest route to get to where we are holding CDT21 on Floors 2 & 3.
  • For those arriving at the conference after 5:00 PM, we recommend you park in the Trade Mart parking garage because you must enter the Trade Mart through the parking garage on the 1st Floor.
LOCATION DETAILS
  • Conference Check-In & the Expo will take place on the 2nd Floor of the Trade Mart in space 2800 Expo.
  • CEUs will take place on the 2nd Floor of the Trade Mart in space 2844 Hospitality Suite, as well as on the 3rd Floor of the Trade Mart in the 21,000 SF showroom of Progress Lighting [TM 3840].
  • The Thursday Lighting Showroom Tour & Happy Hour will take place on the 3rd Floor of the Trade Mart in the showrooms of Hinkley [TM 3210], Hubbardton Forge [TM 3725], and Hudson Valley [TM 3902].
  • The Friday Cocktail Party Awards Event will take place on the 3rd Floor of the Trade Mart in the 21,000 SF showroom of Progress Lighting [TM 3840]. Check-In for this event will take place just outside of their showroom.
  • IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 5:00 PM, YOU MUST ENTER THROUGH THE TRADE MART PARKING GARAGE (1ST FLOOR) AS ALL OTHER ENTRANCES WILL BE CLOSED.
