Join us at 5:00 PM on Friday, July 19th in the beautifully remodeled showroom of American Leather on the Dallas Market Center campus [1st Floor of the Interior Home + Design Center (1D205)] to celebrate the deserving recipients of the Texas Chapter Member Awards for volunteerism and the talented winners of the Celebrating Design Texas Awards, the annual design competition recognizing the finest interior design achievements within the ASID Texas Chapter.
Toast the honorees, nosh on light bites, and enjoy socializing with your design industry peers from across the Chapter and beyond. American Leather will generously be raffling off a sofa and chair, so be sure to bring your business card! Come in your business casual conference attire or dress up in your cocktail best - we'll just be happy to see you! |

REGISTRATION / PAYMENTS:
> 2024 CDT Competition Entrants: $0 (1 ticket per firm, not 1 ticket per entry)
> General Admission: $35 per person
> Students: $20 per person

- Registration will be open from Thursday, June 1 @ 8:00 AM - Friday, July 28 @ 5:00 PM, so be sure to register during this window.
- IMPORTANT: YOU MAY NOT REGISTER ON-SITE.
- Space is limited. Attendance is limited to the first 200 people who register to attend.
- Even if your ticket(s) is complimentary, you MUST register through Eventbrite to be able to attend.
THE 2024 COMPETITION
The Celebrating Design Texas Awards is the annual design competition recognizing the finest interior design achievements within the ASID Texas Chapter.
The 2024 competition is open for submissions May 1-31, 2024 and is open to all ASID Texas Chapter members in good standing.
Due to feedback from members, we have made the following exciting updates to the categories:

Due to feedback from members, we have made the following exciting updates to the categories:
- In the Residential categories, replaced the various Traditional/Transitional vs. Contemporary/Modern categories with New Construction vs. Remodel.
- Created two categories exclusively for Emerging Professionals – i.e., those individuals who have earned their Interior Design degree within the last 5 years and are currently practicing interior design. (Note that Emerging Professionals are also free to enter the other Designer categories.)
- Designated three categories that apply to either Commercial or Residential: Outdoor Living, Adaptive Reuse/Historic Preservation/Sustainable Design, and Reclaimed Material/Renewed Item
