David Andrews
Dallas native David Andrews has spent more than 20 years representing both interior and exterior building products to the DFW market, but he shares a particular passion for interiors and has represented interior products for the last 12 years. David is with TerraMai Reclaimed Wood and is based out of downtown Dallas working with Architects and Designers throughout a 5-state region. You may know David from his many years of participating in ASID, NEWH, AIA and IIDA trade shows, as well as local organizations and serving on the boards of several local charitable organizations. Always working to make his presentations interesting and educational, he is a consistent speaker to Designers & Architects at offices throughout the region.

Fred Cawyer
Fred D. Cawyer, AIA, NCARB, RID, RAS, APA is owner of ARS, plcc, a licensed architect and interior designer within the States of Texas, and is a licensed Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) #86 through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) - Architectural Barriers Division. Fred has successfully coordinated over 10,000 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) – Title III; Fair Housing Act (FHA); and, Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) plan reviews and / or on-site inspections of privately and publicly funded accessibility related construction projects. The firm also provides United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) consulting regarding accessibility design ramifications on multi-family housing projects per the Fair Housing Act (FHA) throughout the United States as CAC – Cawyer & Associates Consulting, LLC (HUB / WBE).

John Cialone
John Cialone, FASID, is a nationally recognized interior designer and leads a team of more than 20 professionals at Chicago-based Tom Stringer Design Partners (TSDP). With over 25 years of experience, his work has been recognized with many awards and has been widely published in magazines like Traditional Home, Luxe, California Living, Western Art & Architecture, Palm Beach, and Modern Luxury. John is the Chair of the ASID National Board of Directors. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Ragdale Foundation, a member of the Guild Board for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago, and he is active in the Leaders of Design Council. He has served as a public speaker to many organizations and has mentored students across the country. John and TSDP have participated in the 1+ Program, donating the firm’s services and aligning his belief that Design Impacts Life with the firm’s work.

Linkoln Dixon
Linkoln Dixon, LC, IES, is a Product Manager with Progress Lighting, ASID Industry Partner. He is a 25-year veteran of the lighting and building industry, with involvement in product development, business development, brand management, market research, and training and education. For the past eight years, Linkoln has been on staff with Progress Lighting as a product development manager for commercial, multi-family and residential markets. Linkoln’s current and previous experience in lighting education has allowed him to be a frequent speaker on various lighting topics at regional, national, and international lighting events. He is an active member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and owner of the LC credential.

Adrian Galvan
Adrian Galvan, ASID Allied is a proud native Texan who has been in the interior design industry for over 20 years. His company, Designology, which he founded in 2011 on the principles of Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication, is an established Award-Winning Interior Design Firm locally owned and based in San Antonio, Texas with the ability to complete multiple projects Nationwide. A creative by nature, Adrian and his team brings an unsurpassed level of creativity and problem solving to any project. Interior Design begins inside dynamic people, not in static spaces. Leveraging his Bachelor of Arts in Communications degree with his Interior Design degree, Adrian’s gift is bridging individual client visions with reality. As long-standing members of the American Society of Interior Designer & National Kitchen & Bath Association, Designology stays up to date with Licenses & Accreditations and regularly attends National Industry & Designer Market Shows throughout the US. Current volunteer positions include the Co-Chair of the DEI Committee & President-Elect of the ASID Texas Chapter.

Ginger Hartford
Ginger is Sr. Director Business Development, Design for ASID Industry Partner Dallas Market Center and has a passion for the intersection of art, design, and technology. Working in the U.S. and abroad, she’s lead business development and market strategies initiatives with several captains of industry in home furnishings while achieving industry influencer status herself. She’s been fortunate to develop partnerships and design collaborations with many DMC brands, including Surya, Global Views, and Shadow Catchers. Ginger is excited to be DMC’s ambassador to the Design community and to build mutually beneficial relationships. She is responsible for spearheading Designer-focused initiatives like Dallas Design Week and the VIP Designer Program, which are critical to DMC open-daily business. In her free time, Ginger’s wanderlust leads her to travel and collect art from antique markets around the world. Fun fact: she’s an inventor who has earned two patents for developing groundbreaking color detection/design visualization technology for the art/design market.

Antonio Holguin
Antonio brings over a decade of experience in the commercial and healthcare design industry. Through his role at ASID Industry Parnter Material Bank, Antonio plays an integral role in shaping the current workplace through sustainability and community engagement. Earning his BFA in Interior Design from the Art Institute and his Master of Education at the University of North Texas he continues to pursue his passion for creating healthier work environments. Antonio founded the Texas Materials Initiative, a task force of architect and design firms across Texas who have come together to create healthy environments through education on materials, material transparency, and advocacy. He is currently the National Market Director of A&D for Material Bank.

Fred Jackson
Fred Jackson, CTC, CSI is the Owner w/ Estudio Group LLC. He has over 25 years experience in national distribution and architectural network, consistently increasing sales, and has a knowledgeable in-depth background in installation, fabrication and restoration of ceramic tile, natural stone, terrazzo, hardwood, carpet, and vinyl. Fred has worked as a stone, tile and flooring contractor, the business manager for Aqua Mix, team leader of a national stone importer, sales manager for Del Piso Tile and Brick, and a Marble Institute of America (MIA) Instructor. Fred is also a member of USGBC and presently conducts sales, CEUs, training and consulting for the Natural Stone, Ceramic Tile and Green Building Industry.

Teri Kuhlmann
Teri Kuhlmann, ASID Allied, NKBA is a Certified Living in Place Professional (CLIPP™) specializing in residential accessible designs resulting in inclusive, healthy, and user-friendly spaces across a wide spectrum of abilities and generations. Teri’s intimate experience with family members’ challenges in mobility, hearing, and vision due to diabetes, cancer and multiple sclerosis has equipped her with an expertise that fuels unique solutions. As a fourth generation Dallasite, Teri’s journey spans more than 20 years as a designer in numerous disciplines. After cutting her teeth at a California-based kitchen and bath design firm, she launched Accessible Designs for Life in 2022 for the DFW area.

Corey Mannie
Corey Mannie, M. Ed., is the Business Development Manager for Bell & McCoy Integrated Solutions, an ASID Industry Partner. She acts as a liaison between the Design Community and Home Technology Integrators, aiding in the completion of projects using luxury products and services. With her bachelor’s degree from UT Austin, she worked as an Elementary G.T. teacher for 16 years while studying at The University of St. Thomas. She has spent the past 3 years working alongside Home Technology Integrators to drive sales and increase awareness for smart home solutions to luxury homeowners. A CEDIA Outreach Instructor, she also enjoys teaching CEUs to design professionals.

Christine Martin
Christine Martin is Designer Sales Manager for Cosentino, ASID Industry Partner in Dallas/Fort Worth. A Fort Worth native, she graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Architecture/Environmental Design. Christine studied Architecture in Italy and traveled extensively throughout Europe. After graduation, she worked in Houston and Austin practicing residential, hospitality and commercial design. After returning to Fort Worth, she left the design world and applied that knowledge and experience to Architectural Sales. As a trusted resource for architects, designers and builders, she brings three decades of stone, tile and hardscape sales success to the DFW market, matching exceptional products with creative people who are designing the homes, workplaces, health care environments and hospitality destinations we live in. Her passion for dedication and service is evident in her volunteer work for the Fort Worth ASID and IIDA communities, the Junior League of Fort Worth and The Kupferle Board.

Michelle Martin
With a dynamic career at HKS Architects, Michelle Martin, RID, NCIDQ, ASID, WELL AP has leveraged her fresh perspective to spearhead significant changes in workplace environments. Her forward-thinking approach and dedication to sustainable and healthy workspaces have been instrumental in redefining commercial interiors. Her work includes participation in the HKS Research Incubator’s “The Future of Work” parts one, two, and three, designing processes to foster innovative approaches to workplace design. Additionally, she has spoken at national conferences about implementing future work design strategies in client projects and how those projects affect human agency.

Klein Navin
Klein Navin is the Managing Director if Delivery Limited, ASID Industry Partner. He joined the team in January 2019 as the Director of Business Development where he spent his days getting to know the company’s clientele. Klein made the switch to Scheduling Coordinator in May and now works with their clients on a day-to-day basis to secure delivery requests. After 5 years, he was promoted to Managing Director to oversee all operations on a daily basis. Klein has an extensive history in customer service and has been a fantastic asset to the Delivery Limited team. The Dallas native graduated from the University of North Colorado in 2017 with a degree in international business and minor in Spanish.

Natasha Nguyen
Natasha Nguyen brings with her 10 years of experience in the fireplace industry, working in several capacities at ASID Industry Partner Hearth & Home Technologies – a global leader in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of hearth products. In her current role as an architectural design consultant, Natasha focuses on educating the AEC community on the fireplace category and assisting specifiers on product selection and integration. An earnest believer that the element of fire can change the aesthetic, energy, and experience of the built environment - Natasha has worked with AEC firms nationwide to help them deliver spaces of distinction for their clientele with fire-features. Natasha is an approved AIA CES and IDCEC presenter and is active with several local AIA and ASID chapters.

Marcela Abadi Rhoads
Marcela Abadi Rhoads, FAIA, RAS is the owner of Abadi Accessibility, an accessibility consulting firm that is dedicated to educating the building industry about the laws of accessibility. She is the author of “The ADA Companion Guide” and “Applying the ADA” published by John Wiley and Sons. She received her Bachelor of Architecture in from the University of Texas in Austin and got her architectural license in 1999. Her firm is on its 19th year of assisting the building industry, in part, by producing a monthly newsletter on accessibility topics, performing TDLR reviews and inspections and onsite assessments.

Veronica Sanders
Veronica Sanders, ASID Allied is an emerging celebrated interior designer in Dallas and CEO/Principal Designer w/ Design with Veronica Sanders, LLC. Her portfolio spans luxury residential, hospitality, healthcare, and set design, collaborating with luminaries like Mikel Welch and contributing to projects such as the Steve Harvey show. From lavish greenrooms for icons like Erykah Badu to restaurant revamps and TV makeovers, Veronica excels in design and project management. A career highlight was winning a logo design contest judged by Academy Award-Winning actress Halle Berry. Veronica's talent and resilience inspire those around her. Her aesthetic, dubbed "Modern Artisan," blends modern design with handmade touches, showcasing her versatility and creativity. Veronica is the current President of the ASID Texas Chapter.

Christopher Sharp
Christopher Sharp has been with BRAVAS, LLC, ASID Industry Partner, since 2019 and is a Marketing & Business Development Manager. Through BRAVAS, he works with architects, builders, interior designers and homeowners to craft lifestyle technologies into “intelligent spaces” for custom homes and businesses that combine beauty, entertainment, comfort, wellness and security. Before his current role, he served as a Sales Director for Smart and Sound Technology Solutions and a Sales Consultant for PIRCH. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder in Biochemisty, Christopher uses his solution-based practices to achieve success in developing business in the kitchen, bath, and home automation sectors, and he enjoys educating design professionals by presenting a variety of continuing education courses in the home integration sector.

Amanda Watson
Amanda Watson is a Piano Consultant at Steinway Piano Gallery of Houston, ASID Industry Partner. Steinway & Sons pianos are the world standard for sound, touch, beauty, and investment value. Amanda was hooked by the piano business as an undergraduate music major. Now, she manages Steinway in Houston where she has been serving a diverse clientele for over a decade. With experience in networking and building brand awareness, Amanda has curated an almost exclusively referral-based business. Her creativity in networking has led her to be a multimillion dollar producer and top performer year after year at Steinway. Paul Zuch
Paul began his construction career in 1983, swiftly advancing through mentorship and dedication. By 1987, he assumed the role of project superintendent at a Dallas-based contracting firm, eventually becoming Vice President. In 1999, with an eye for design, strong project management and a keen sense of customer experience, Paul founded his own company which emerged as one of the top home remodeling companies in the Dallas Metroplex. In 2021, with his spouse and business partner Sherry, Paul transitioned his company to Alair Homes. His commitment to the industry is evident through leadership roles in the National Association for the Remodeling Industry, serving as Dallas chapter President, National President in 2011, and Chairman of the Board in 2012. Since 2015, Paul and Sherry have been active as ASID Industry Partners.
